1. About these terms

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Ordering and payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed by our payment partner; you will be redirected to complete your purchase. Until we accept your order and dispatch it, no contract is formed.

3. Shipping

We dispatch from inside the EU and ship internationally with tracked delivery. Delivery estimates published on the Shipping method page are guidance, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or for any import duties and taxes levied by your destination country.

4. Use of the product

Biheldon is supplied with dosing instructions. You are responsible for following them and for consulting a qualified veterinary professional if you have concerns about your pet's health, medication interactions, or specific conditions.

5. Returns

For health-product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed boxes. See the Warranty & Services page for our full return and replacement policy.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the price you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when.
