Damaged or lost
We replace it
If your parcel arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive within the expected window, email us with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Quality guarantee
Authentic stock, always
Biheldon is manufactured in Europe to high standards. If you receive a box that appears tampered with or expired, contact us immediately for a replacement.
Returns
30 days, unopened
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unopened, unsealed box for a full refund. For health-product safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened boxes. Buyer pays return shipping. Damaged or lost parcels are handled separately above.
